After two decades of successful activities, the co-founder of the company will be leaving the executive management of Pokolm Frästechnik GmbH & Co. KG on 1 December in the anniversary year of 2014.
During the initial phase she held all the reins of the young company in her hands. As the company grew, her work later concentrated on the areas of administration, accounting and human resources.
Using entrepreneurial skill, creativity and ingenuity, she managed to steer the company even through difficult years. With her capacity of always looking ahead and her attentive way of dealing with employees, she time and again succeeded in motivating the people at Pokolm.
Maintaining close solidarity with the company she will continue to be available in an advisory role. For the future, Marco Pokolm, from now on sole Managing Director, F.-J. Pokolm and the other associates as well as all employees wish Natalie Pokolm the best health and an active retirement.
